Summer Clothing Lust

The last two and a half weeks have gone by so quickly! Tomorrow is my last day of P.E, after that, I am technically officially set to graduate high school! I got my SAT scores today (I won't post them) and I'm so happy; I didn't get my goal score but I did much better than I thought and what I did score gives me confidence that I will be able to achieve my goal score. Phew. So much weight off my shoulders.

I saw Toy Story 3 Tuesday with Ann, Nathan, Tyler and Meaghan. (sister, brother-in-law, nephew, and niece) It was so bittersweet!! I cried! I would definitely buy the movie; Disney Pixar is amazing.

My parents are coming Saturday and we (me, my niece, and my nephew) are leaving to go to Mississippi for all of July. I know what you're thinking, "What the FUCK is there to do in Mississippi?!" It's not as bad as it seems. My cousins live in New Orleans so we go there all the time and in plus all my family is in the south. Hahahaha, for south Floridians they know that you have to go north to go south. I'm really excited to get out of Florida; I miss my family. I just want to get away and clear my head.

Orlando haul && new family member

I got out of school the fourth and my sisters went to a beauty convention in Orlando the sixth and got me lots of goodies! The reason I'm posting about this stuff NOW is because I didn't get the things til yesterday! Seeing as to how I just received the items I can do any reviews. Anywho, in total it was:

four make up brushes ; three blending, one powder
three NYX glitter liners
three pairs of falsies
two NYX eye palettes

I'll start with the NYX palettes. Of the ones my sister, Betty, bought I chose a basic brown one for a casual, easy every day look and one with blacks and blues for a sexier smoky eye.

Betty actually called me and asked me what colors I wanted; I should've asked for more!



I was a little worried that the application would suck and that I would have to use a ton of it to get ANY glitter but I was wrong! In the picture that's only one swipe! On a side note: ewwwwwwie... my hand is all veiny and nasty looking! That's it for the Orlando haul, I'll write more about the brushes when I actually use them!

BABY MANGO!



We've had her for about two weeks now, she was ten weeks old when we adopted her. She's got the most darling blonde eyelashes!! There was a lot of debate over her name for a while; at first, Betty was set on Marilyn Monroe (M&M, when shortened) but Marie (another sister) wanted to name her Edison (WTF THAT'S A BOY NAME.) and my niece, Meaghan, wanted to name her Eevee (Yes, the Pokemon.) Eventually though, Betty decided hnmnmm... why not Strawberry, which I attested to and then finally made the fabulous suggestion; "Why not Mango?"

She's very hyper, and it's really funny to just watch her. Betty and Benji (Betty's boyfriend) are doing a really good job of training her. I can't get over how cute and small she is! She looks like a little fox but when you just see her from behind she looks like a cat.
